Is it the way it gonna be?

It has been lot of dramas recently; we all get this every now and again... But I can tell you itÂ's been a rough week. Never mind the sore throat what left me sick for the week from Wednesday onwards, but Charlie is out of Two And A Half Men, it didn't hit me by surprise, but Comedy Central just isn't going to be the same without him. They just killed him in no time that's terrible. As I said itÂ's been a rough week.

Â...however I managed to run a half marathon on my own in Marlay Park on Monday, as I missed the one in the park last Saturday. Tried to go out on pace, I was supposed to hit sub 1:35, but after 12km started to slip slowly off the pace and the smile on my face melted into sweat by the end. Job done in 1:37 and some seconds, itÂ's all good. Ran a short one on Tuesday thanks to Damian, I wouldn't have done it on my own, that was the last run so far.
Played quash on Friday to mix it up a bit as I wasn't ready to run outdoors. I love this game, it is so intense tend to feel every single muscle after an hour. My personal recommendation is to avoid stairs for few days after playing.

Rest in peace CharlieÂ...
