I have done 3 races this year already. A strange combo, 250m swim, 15km cycle and 5k run with hills. Then supersprint at Hyde Park and sprint at Blenheim. I am sure something must be improving but weight is the same and speeds negligibly different from last year, my first in Sept at Dorney lakes.

I doubt the swim will make a massive decrease in time, and I am considerably better ranked in my categiry in the cycle so its tge run tgat may make the most difference.... well running it all would be a start.

so equipped with a trainer in my own preferred format.... geeked up remote and on the web, but he is real, I start a regime that I hope I can keep up with. Definately pain shy I am not exactly thinking this is going to be as good as the massage ir resting bits if this sport. Yes yes no pain, no gain, but it is relative!
