I decided to quit Smoking and Took up Triathlon in 2005 as a reason to stay fit, 10 years on I've spent money I've saved on lycra, bikes and pointy hats

so nowhere near enough biking, tried to run more, pulled calf again and again, can run very slowly but as soon as creep up the pac, calf goes and I can't do anything for a week or so, so sods it, no running in march and see if longer rest helps, so no Paddock wood Half marathon, another place paid and lost...

Plan for march is to do at least 1x100k+ ride every week plus spin classes/swims/general fitness and not be injured at start of april when I'll start trying to plod very slowly again.
