I decided to quit Smoking and Took up Triathlon in 2005 as a reason to stay fit, 10 years on I've spent money I've saved on lycra, bikes and pointy hats

Jan Training went to plan

May be ambitious after last years injuries but these are my Events planned for 2015, which are all training for lejog in sept.
  • Padoock wood Half marathon
  • 4 Ocean Lake sprints, Leeds castle sprint, Sevenoaks Race
  • Marshman, Hydepark & Hever Olympic
  • Owler Half (will book nearer time if all gone ok)
Last month Training, was aiming for an hour a day, so got close.

StrengthStrength3h:05m (10%) 0km

Feb will be more of the same, aiming for an hour a day training, lots of gentle rides/runs to gradually get back into it all and build fitness for lejog. Looking forwards to warmer riding for sure !!!
