1st Speed Session

1st Speed Session
Went out with Julie to do our 1st speed session of the training plan. 12 x 1 min all out with 1 min jog recovery. We of course did our warm up and Dynamic Warmup Exercises followed by some strides. All in all a good 1hr17m workout. Legs felt quite heavy after 2 days not running and following the long run on Sunday.
But feeling good and number one speed set ticked off.
