Then a torn ligment pulling some bone of my shoulder from swimming to much with bands only and then a crash descending at 60 kph resulting in a cracked collarbone. So now I will be starting running and swimming from scratch so it shoudl be a very exciting experiment to see what I can do - I want to race Ironman next year and have several other smaller running goals.
