Back in the Pool

So as I cannot do anything with my legs at present due to the hamstring, I may as well swim. So back to the club for the saturday lunch time session. But all with a band on so I don't try to kick.

2 x 400
2 x 300
2 x 200
2 x 100
100 w/d
2500m in total and shoulders feel a little tired. Feel good though.
