I think I have rested enough now. My hamstring fees fine and my knee has no pain. So I did 1 hour on the rollers clicking down a few gears. Felt good and then I did a 20 min brick run. Only 6 km/hr but it felt good. I know I am not supposed to be running at present but I need to.
