Introduction
I am trying to get back some constency in my training after a terrible year starting with my ACL operation, rehab and then re-injury of the hamstring when I tried to come back to early. Then a torn ligment pulling some bone of my shoulder from swimming to much with bands only and then a crash descending at 60 kph resulting in a cracked collarbone. So now I will be starting running and swimming from scratch so it shoudl be a very exciting experiment to see what I can do - I want to race Ironman next year and have several other smaller running goals. This is ground zero and I have a hell of way to go......
