Run Number 2
After the past few days of pain I thought I better try and shake the legs out. I went out with Julie for a 6.5 km hilly run. I have not run this route for 2 years which seems a long time ago. Felt steady but quads are like bricks, very painful still. Did 30 mins of stretching afterward and my flexion on my new ACL is improving loads. My heel now touches my bum.
