Run Week 1 - Done

Not a bad start to our run focused "off season". I managed to get 4 runs under my belt for the week although I really wanted at least 5. The runs have felt good and relaxed and even quite comfortable which I hope is a good sign of what is to come in the next few months.

Run 1 - 6.5 Km Flat
Run 2 - 6.5 Km Hilly
Run 3 - 10 Km Hilly
Run 4 - 17.45 Km Flat

I have noticed my shoulder has started to hurt again which is interesting - earlier in the year on my long runs it was very painful but over the cycling season I have not noticed it but back to running and wham, the pain has returned. So a call to the surgeon is needed on Monday morning as I really need to get back in the pool if we are going to Cozumel next year.

Week 2 starts first thing tomorrow morning.
