Wow! - now that training session was good. I downloaded it from the Sufferfest website and the 1 hour session is called downward spriral. You watch race coverage with instructions on when to attack and when to rest etc. Very good and I blasted my legs off to it. I then did my AeT1 run on the treadmill so I succeeded in my promise from yesterday when I realised my lack of training lately. I do all my indoor riding on my rollers so keeping the concentration is key specially when they are racing around corners. I only slipped off once when they said attack and I was in the drops going into a stand, I was dripping wet and slipped off the side - no injuries though and got straight back on.
