Dave

Love the new layout, but I have some suggestions!

List of exercises in Strength, great addition, but can we delete an from the list of options once added? For example I added the same exercise twice by mistake, thus it appears twice in the pull down list.
A option to expand on reps? For example I tend to do 3x20 reps of each exercise.
Some exercises are time based rather than rep based.
On the old site I really liked the action required reminder, can't see this in the beta version though.

All in all, really nice, thanks for you efforts
Oziem: Thanks grant, goto § http://v3.triblogs.com/settings/strengthex/ right click on the strength exercise and select delete

Hi,

How do you view - Garmin data can be shown overlaid on google maps?

P.s. Yes, all of a sudden this now works?

Hi, I haven't changed anything so thats a bit odd that it didnt work before. To see it overlaid you need to the view the session. Try going to your session list § http://v3.triblogs.com/diary/list/ and left click on the session

Hi Dave

First of all: thanks for this major update - this is why we support you. There are lots of great improvements.
I have some comments/suggestions to the design:
1) I would like to have the posibility to do more customization on the desktop in terms of theme (font, colors (I really dislike the green header color on the desktop), bookmarks and information on the desktop.
2) You should be able to go from the desktop to your diary in one click instead of the 2-3-4 click solution.
3) I would like to avoid the right click from month view in order to "edit day".
4) A mobile version of the most used features should be a high priority.

Keep up the good work
Jacob

Hi Jacob,

Thanks for you feedback.

(1)
- Yes I'd like to make it more customisable too. What would you like to see on the page that isnt there already? and what would you like to hide?
- Colours schemes could be changed using the stylesheet and I will think about doing this after the other higher priority stuff is done.

(2)
I agree will add this ASAP

(3)
I will look into what I could do with the left click on a day

(4)
Yes as soon as this version is live I will be moving my focus onto the mobile version (not an iphone app but a simplified version of the site with a smaller page, bigger text, faster load speeds etc.)
Ibing: Re 1: actuals versus planned for the week, energy spent for the week (would be great to have that in the charts too) rss-feed from slowtwitch.com etc. etc Re 2: cool Re 3: makes it easier on a smartphone. Re 4: really cool :-) Regards, Jacob

I have a few comments in addition to the earlier ones:
When you are recording a planned session, the sub-categories fail to appear in the drop-down menu.
When you plan a note, you aren't able to plan many of the types eg. taper, rest.

Hi Dave,

New member and pleased I have! Switched from another online diary and yours is far superior.

Anyway the timeline is a neat feature - a smart modification would be if you could click on a session or note and it would immediately take you to that training period - be it a planned event or a diary event.

Many thanks,

Rich

Additional bugs in the new version: in the summary function, the calories used section seems to be making wrong totals. The percentages don't add up to 100, so where is the rest? Example:
Calories Used
Total Avg/Day %
Run 65090kcal 178.3kcal 30.2%
Bike 41924kcal 114.9kcal 19.4%
Swim 3908kcal 10.7kcal 1.8%
Total 215709kcal 591kcal

/Jacob
Oziem: Thanks for spotting that Jacob, I have fixed it.
