http://v3.triblogs.com/ I've been working really hard on this update to the site for the last month or so. I'd love to hear what you think.
Things to look out for:
- New layout (obviously)
- Strength session in your diary you can include a list of exercises including reps/weight
- Charting has been extended, including;
+ - A saved chart list which can be posted on your blog
+ - You can set the colours
+ - You can add custom scaling the data
- You can enter more details about kit
- Sub categories for cardio sessions
- Premium members can alter page sizes
- Garmin data can be shown overlaid on google maps
- Groups now include upcoming races and recent results
