is there away to copy a whole week or months training and paste in to another week or month? as i have just planed out a 30 week training sched and on a few occassion it would have been easy for me just to copy and paste a weeks training to another.

i know you have the selected sessions when you choose your activity. but i think this might be quicker and easier to use.
