I've done a few kettlebell workouts and usually enjoy them, they tend to be quite taxing though. Seems a good balance of technique, speed, power and muscular endurance, and a bit more fun than doing normal weights/bodyweight stuff IMO. As you say, from what is writtenabout CFE it sounds quite effective, I just wondered if anyone on here had actually tried it.
