Just wondered if anyone on here had tried this approach to training? and the opinions and results?...

I'm coming from more of a strength training/sprint-rowing background so maintaining as much power as possible whilst developing endurance appeals to me.

I've have looked into this and it seems to be really effective. We've also looked at specifically kettlebell workouts, have you tried that?

I've done a few kettlebell workouts and usually enjoy them, they tend to be quite taxing though. Seems a good balance of technique, speed, power and muscular endurance, and a bit more fun than doing normal weights/bodyweight stuff IMO. As you say, from what is writtenabout CFE it sounds quite effective, I just wondered if anyone on here had actually tried it.
