Formatting tags in plan/diary entries

Perhaps this is already supported and I just haven't figured out how to use it:

I would love to be able to use HTML or some other form of tags to apply some rudimentary formatting to my workout descriptions. Nothing too fancy, just the basics like bold, italic, underline and perhaps bullet-ed lists.

Even better if the plan/diary log entry editor provided a simple toolbar that would insert these tags for me so that I didn't have to memorise them.

I've tried doing some basic formatting in the swim workouts that I'm putting into my plan but all extra spacing/line breaks are eliminated when viewing the workouts in the Month view.

Hi again,

I like this idea, I could write a basic rich text input box. I will add to my todo :)
