Hi all, feedback welcome.
I would like to try attaching a set of shoes to the bike for T1 but before coughing up for capable shoes (wrong way straps, etc) I have a question.
Does anybody who does this find grit to be a problem?
You have a quick rub at your feet with a towel (or wash them, whatever) grab your bike and head for \'bike out\' across whatever the transition area has for a surface. I am worried that I get going on the bike and slip into the shoes only to find I had collected grit on my feet which is now in my shoes causing pain. Is this a problem in practice?
