Training Camp Feb 2007 - Worth it

Dear All,

This is just quick reminder to give all the November Camp attendees a \'heads up\' before I email our database to promote our February Camp.

We are already HALF FULL. Therefore only 15 places remain.

Once again your coaches for the weekend will by myself, WILL NEWTON & JOE BEER.

We have added extras available on this next camp:

Running Shoe Clinic in conjunction with Up & Running (tbc)
Planet X bikes available to view and test ride
Video analysis in the pool
Free nutrition
and maybe Joe Beer will provide another JBST bottle; If your lucky !

So please do not leave it too late if you wish to attend.

Also, please remember that trainingtrips are now offering training plans for the new season. They start at a very competitive £95. A perfect Christmas gift maybe?

As an added extra and primarily due to the feedback from our November camp, Will Newton and myself are planning an intensive SWIM WEEKEND for 12 people. This will take place in January (date tbc). The format will be 2 swims of 2 hours each day with analysis after each swim. It will be geared to those triathletes who really want to improve swim times in the 2007 season. If you are interested, please email me if you would like to be one of the 12! No commitment at this stage.

All the best, keep training.

Aye oop Eric.

I\'ve registered for this as the 1st one was good fun.

Recommended - good to get advice (not only from the Beer-meister) but from other (better) athletes.
