Introduction to fitness tests

Fitness tests are a way for you to record a series of results. We decided to create a system which is completely customisable to give you the greatest flexibility in what you record. For example, a runner might do a 5k timed run each week, he could construct a fitness test to save and view his/her results together, making it easier to view their progress. They could also record information such as, particular splits, heart rates, notes on how they felt, what the weather was like...

You can record a total of 20 different values per fitness test and the values can be either text (anything you want), number (any decimal number) or duration (hours:minutes:seconds). If you wish to plot the value on a graph you must either use the number or duration types.
