Injury frustrations…..!

So after limping through the London Triathlon on the 2nd August I pretty much used last week as an excuse to do very little and to rest the leg.

Been back on the bike and swimming this week and I think the swelling has gone down. Still no running and am going to wait till next week and then probably go and get a sports massage before I even consider running again!

So frustrating; I desperately wanted to do Worthing this weekend but I want to get this leg right.

Any miracle calf injury cure ideas, or suggestions for rehab? Any thoughts are hugely appreciated!
