1600m swim and TSD practice

Right foot was actually really, really bad today. Could barely stand on it let alone put any weight. Was really freaking out and depressed but Nina Cheong told about me a anterior tibialis stretch that almost quite literally, made it stop hurting instantly. Never, ever have i had stretch have that effect and while it isn't 100%, stretching when it hurts really helps to about 70-80% for a while. Did 1600m swim, 200 warmup, 1400 pull (arms only) and noticed how my swim stroke is soooooo bad, slow, and inefficient. If I want to do 70.3 ironman I gotta work on it. Also loved intensity and tougher TSD practice as well. All in all an amazing and awesome workout day which I was worried would be another rest day due to foot. Thanks again Nina!
