St. Louis Based 'triathlete' used to train crossfit/SEALfit for 2-3 2011 was introduced and fallen in love with sport of triathlon. Rest day/work

Had planned for 3 mile run and good kendo practice but unfortunately I actually do have full-time job that requires me to miss training and workout sessions. Guess necessary since legs still bit tired but not overly so from last 2 days. Still wish some times that I could get paid for racing since this is such expensive sport! 200 dollars to fix bike is about 2-3 races' fees so I'm glad I didn't register all my races yet. Also it seems according to my BMI I'm overweight at 176 LOL got few more weeks to lose bit more and bring down resting heart rate of 65.
