1400m swim, 200free, 100IM, 100pull as warm up straight into 10x100m free. Still got a lot to work on swim if I want to qualify for Kona, good thing I have about 2 years to work on it! Straight into TSD with awesome ab warmup and then crescent kicks almost the entire class. Glad work gave me rest day otherwise I don't think I would've gone through as well as I did, and almost met 100 warrior situp challenge set by Leila Thampy in 3 minutes by ending at 92. I'll get past 100 one day!!!
