Swim/kick drills and aikido

Swam about 1000m, about 600 of only kicks with fins and without. Noticed my stroke is really bad and gotta swim so much if I want to do 70.3 ironman. Glad that and aikido have both really, really helped my right foot feel soooo much better and hope that'll it'll be ready for 18 miles on Sunday!
