Quick update on the site.

I have added a way to select the type of "sports" you wish to appear when you add a cardio session and choose which one appears as default.

Go to "Settings" ----> "Application" then select the "Sports" tab. Unselect the sports you don't want to use, and in the dropdown box select which one you would like to be used by default.

Please let me know if you have any problems with this new feature.

At some point I will add a way to add your own sport types.

TriBlogs has been my pet project since 2005. It all started as a way for me to track my own training and I ended up sharing with my friends... the rest is history.
