So, I am a swimmer turned triathlete!

Swimming is obviously ok, biking not too bad but needs some strength work, running is my kryptonite!

I am a broken man this morning! Last nights main swim set was a threshold set (16x50, 8x100, 4x200), which felt OK. I was tired but nothing unusual about that. I had a good cycle home, albeit into the wind. This morning was a different story....
