Xmas in Lanzarote...

Was supposed to be hard core training - but didnt work out that way ;(

    Swim: 20mins (in wetsiut - too cold)
    Bike: Long Hilly
  • 22-Dec
    Swim: 20min
    Run: Recovery (Long)
  • 23-Dec
    Swim: 20min
  • 24-Dec
    Bike: Long Hilly
  • Xmas Day!
    SPA Day - REST
  • 26-Dec
    Run: Tempo 40-60mins easy; 10-15min build
  • 27-Dec
    Bike: 2hrs easy (into wind!)
