I don't compete and just do it for fun - at least that is what I tell people.

Triathlons provide me with goals throughout the year that help me maintain my fitness and motivate me to eat well and stay in shape for as long as I can. Also I have realized that the energy I gain from triathlons helps me excel in my professional and personal life which is an extra bonus.

2015 - Turned out to be a Recovery Year

Was expecting to recover from my accident last year much quicker but I shouldn't beat myself up that much. Basically most of 2015 was just about recovering, physiotherapy and getting my wrist and the rest of myself back in order.

Overall I think I can say for now my wrist is 98% back to normal. Even though I had to skip several races earlier in the year I was able to finish the London Triathlon, two Duathlons and a Time Trial. Giving myself the winter to rework some basics and looking forward to some bigger challenges in 2016.
