Another day inside which is working well as I am not feeling any pain in my knee or tiredness. Did 60 mins on the rollers at around 140 bpm and then 20 mins on the treadmill straight after.

Felt good and it is definitely getting easier

no expert, but soon as I feel any pain these days, it's straight on with the ice. Lost a year of running to knee pain myself, so feel for you.
