Lose Weight....and Fast

So as I have not been training, I have put on a stack of weight. So I have 6 weeks before our first camp so I have decided to lose 10kg before this. It is going to be hard but I am now back in training. 1 hour roller ride with a 20 min brick run (6.5km/h)
