Started Sweating.......Lots!!

I am at the 3 week point now where I start building the muscle and the strength around the knee and also the hamstring which was used as the new ligament.

So a full day as follows;
Morning - 15 mins pedalette, 10 mins manual treadmill, 5 x 10 reps of the leg push, 20 reps on the hamstring pull, 10 mins on the stair climber, 15 mins on the bike and 15 mins on the elliptical trainer

Afternoon - massage - 15 mins pedalette, 15 mins treadmill, 5 x 10 reps of the leg push, 20 reps on the hamstring pull, 10 mins on the stair climber, 15 mins on the bike and 15 mins on the elliptical trainer
