I just posted a new Half Marathon Training Plan. It is free for all to use. I developed it as part of my "Off Season" program, using a free online plan from Hal Higdon.

NOTE: substitute the easy or rest days with either swimming or cycling and it is a great program to keep you in Triathlon shape while focusing on improving the run leg.
