Daily wellness

There are many ways to record your wellness.

  • Click on the Diary tab, then move your mouse over View.
    • Click on Month
      • Right click on the day which you'd like the session to be.
      • Left click on Edit day.
      • Fill in the form and then click
    • Click on Week
      • Left click on How did you feel?.
      • Fill in the form and then click
    • Click on Day
      • Left click on How did you feel? on the right side of the page.
      • Fill in the form and then click
